Breakfast Cheese Cups

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3-2/3 cup chopped pecan
FILLING
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup unsifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can Hungry Jack biscuit mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients in a 9 inch pan. Set aside. In small bowl mix filling ingredients with beater. Take biscuits and pull approximately 4 inch squares. Put 1 tablespoon in the middle of each one, and then overlap sides. Repeat with each 1 and then place in pan with the overlapped side down. Bake for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let set in pan for 3 minutes. Then turn onto wax paper. Cool and serve. Refrigerate leftovers
