Breakfast Before


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 420

Ingredients

2 slices bread, cubed
1 pound loose sausage
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:

Saute until done. Place in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Scatter bread crumbs over top. Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Mix 6 eggs and 1 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over top of cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and slightly brown. Cut into squares. Enjoy.
