Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Place potatoes in a soup pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low heat and cook 20–25 minutes. Drain water. Add milk, butter, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt.Mash with a potato masher or mix with an electric mixer. Serve immediately.Makes 5–6 servings.
