Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) box scalloped potato sauce mix with seasoning packet
1 (10-ounce) can chunk breast of chicken with liquid
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:

Mix potatoes, seasoning packet, chicken, water, and pepper together in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, then add frozen vegetables. Simmer at a low boil 15–17 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4–6 servings.
