Chocolate Chip Banana Spice Bread

Ingredients

1 spice cake mix
1 cup mashed* powdered sugar, unseasoned
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 cup mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, potatoes, eggs, oil, and water together until smooth. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips.

Divide batter between two greased, regular-size bread pans. Bake 35–40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center. Allow bread to cool to room temperature. Sprinkle powdered sugar over loaves, slice, and serve. Makes 12–16 servings.
