Baked Oven Fries

Ingredients

3 to 4 medium russet potatoes
1/3 cup miracle whip
1 teaspoon garlic or onion salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

With or without skins, cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips. Shake cut potatoes and MiracleWhip together in a large zipper-lock plastic bag. Place potatoes on a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over top. Bake 15–20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip potatoes. Bake an additional 15–20 minutes, or until fries reach desired crispness.

Dip fries in ketchup, honey mustard, or ranch dressing. Makes 3–5 servings.
