Baked Dijon Potato Wedges

Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. Combine mustard, paprika, cumin, and garlic salt in a large bowl;mix well. Add potatoes to bowl; toss until completely coated. Spread wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then turn potatoes. Bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Serve with honey mustard. Makes 2–4 servings.
