Go Bananas Pancakes

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cups bananas, mashed

Directions:

Blend eggs and sugar together; mix in flour, baking powder and bananas with a fork. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot, buttered griddle; cook until bubbles form along the edges. Flip and cook until golden on the other side.

Tip: Here’s a helpful hint for young chefs...use a washable marker to mark a line on a glass measuring cup, and they’ll know just how much to pour.
