Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
1 cup frozen diced potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Arrange rolls with points toward the center in an ungreased 12" pizza pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon browned sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese. Set aside. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
