Vanilla Ice Cream #1


Serves: 8

Ingredients

2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cream

Directions:

Scald milk add sugar, cornstarch and salt cook and stir. Beat eggs lightly add small amount of hot mixture. Add to mixture and cook 2 minutes chill. Add vanilla and cream. Freeze.
