Strawberry Mold


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 465

Ingredients

5 cups strawberries
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
2 cups whipped cream

Directions:

Mix strawberries together in blender set aside. Soften gelatin with water in top of a double boiler heat over hot water until dissolved. Add to strawberries stir. Whip cream and fold in when mixture begins to thicken. Pour into an oiled mold chill several hours.
