Lemon Mousse


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons lemon juice
3 egg yolk
1/3 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
Grated lemon zest

Directions:

Soften gelatin in water in top of a double boiler dissolve over hot water cool. Add lemon juice. Beat egg yolks and sugar add. Beat egg whites, sugar, and lemon zest until stiff then fold in. Chill in serving bowls.
