Baked Fish With Bacon And Tomato Soup


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 slices bacon
4 fish fillets
3 more slices bacon
slice of lemon
1/2 cup condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large onion, sliced

Directions:

Place bacon into buttered baking dish. Put fish fillets on top of bacon. Cover with more bacon and slices of lemon. Combine tomato soup, water, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and onion. Pour over fish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
