Ingredients

1 head cabbage shredded
3 carrots shredded or sliced thin
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons almonds
2 (8-ounce) packages ramen noodles chicken flavor
2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions:

Chicken is best if it is marinated in a little bit of soy sauce and cooked on the grill. Brown almonds and sesame seeds in oven on 400 degrees for about 5 minutes (keep an eye on them). Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl (break up ramen noodles). Heat the last 4 ingredients, including the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles (these are optional), in a sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the rest. Chunk chicken and mix everything together.
