Sandy’s Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed thyme leaves
1 teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
2 dozen large or 1 pound medium shrimp
1/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup beer
1 cup diced tomato

Directions:

Combine first 7 spices; mix with shrimp. Melt butter, sauté garlic; add shrimp, Worcestershire, beer, and tomatoes. Cook until shrimp is done and sauce is somewhat reduced. Serve with rice.
