Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter, melted

Crumb Mixture:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pieces or smaller. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on a cookie sheet covered with lightly greased aluminum foil. Bake in 400° oven for 10–15 minutes.
