Ingredients

7 cups thinly-sliced potatoes, about 3 pounds
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package pepperoni or your favorite topping
1 - 2 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Place sliced potatoes in greased 9x13-inch baking dish; set aside. Cook ground beef. Drain off fat. Combine cheese soup and milk in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Mix together tomato soup, onion, sugar, and oregano. Sprinkle meat over potatoes. Pour cheese mixture over all. Top with tomato soup mixture, favorite topping, and mozzarella cheese. Cover; bake at 375° for 1 1/4–1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
