Linda's Orzo & Rice


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
1/2 cup butter
2 cups long-cooking rice, uncooked
5 cups water

Directions:

Sauté orzo in butter until golden brown, stirring constantly add rice. Pour in water slowly bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat set aside a few minutes before serving.
