Ingredients

3 cups nonfat plain yogurt, whisked until smooth
1 cup crushed ice (kept chilled)
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix everything together in a large bowl and serve immediately.
