Nut Meal


Serves: 10

Ingredients

3 ounces nuts (about 2/3 cup almonds or hazelnuts, or 3/4 cup pecan or walnut halves)

Directions:

Place the nuts in the work bowl of a food processor. Process in pulses until finely ground. Scrape the sides and bottom of the work bowl with a small spatula once during the process to ensure an even grind.
