Tomato Orange Salsa

Ingredients

1 (28-ounce) can tomato peeled drained and chopped
2 oranges medium, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
3/4 cup red onion chopped
1 (4-ounce) can green chili diced, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped fresh leaves
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt to taste

Directions:

* "Place container of salsa and a small serving bowl in a large chips bowl." In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.

Serve with fish or poultry, or with chips.
