Peach Bellini


Serves: 17

Ingredients

4 large peaches, skinned and cut
4 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar, or to taste
crushed ice (about 2 cups)
1 bottle champagne

Directions:

Process peaches in blender until frothy. blend in powdered sugar. Add crushed ice; blend just until mixed. Pour into pitcher and add champagne. Stir slowly until combined thoroughly.


Fun Fact: The juice from peaches makes a wonderful moisturizer, and it can be found in many brands of cosmetics.
