Barbecue Taco Platter

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10-ounce) bag tortilla chip

Directions:

In a frying pan, brown ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Return meat to pan and add water and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and milk. Spread cream cheese mixture on a 12-inch pizza pan. Top with cooked beef. Sprinkle chiles, tomato, and green onions over the meat mixture. Drizzle barbeque sauce over the top and sprinkle with lettuce and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
