_Gobble-Up Turkey Noodle Soup


Serves: 5

Ingredients

In addition to the contents of
the jar, you will need to add
the following ingredients:
10 cups water
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup minced onion
3 cups chopped cooked turkey

For pint jar, use half of the ingredient amounts.

Directions:


Empty the contents of the seasoning packet into a large pot. Add the water, carrots, celery, and onion, and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the noodles and turkey, and continue to simmer another 5 to 8 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked. Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
