Twice Baked Potatoes


Serves: 7

Ingredients

7 potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese - grated

Directions:

Bake potatoes. Scoop out middle of potatoes and add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper to middles. Whip mixture. Scoop mixture back into skins. Top with grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
