Pork Chop Casserole


Serves: 6

Ingredients

8 pork chops - browned
1 cup white rice - uncooked
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Place browned pork chops in bottom of pan. Add uncooked rice on top of pork chop. Then add soup and water on top of rice. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
