Supper Nachos

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can refried beans with sausage
1/3 cup beer or water
1/2 (16-ounce) bag tortilla chip
6 ounces Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese or a combination, shre
1/3 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1/4 cup olives sliced, drained
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir beans and beer or water until blended and very hot.

Spread chips in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spoon hot beans over top. Layer in order, cheese, taco sauce, green onions and top with olives.

Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Spoon dollops of sour cream over top. Serve immediately.
