Pork Pineapple Bake

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can pork luncheon meat
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
1 (9-ounce) can fresh pineapple, drained and sliced
cloves (optional)
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:

Leaving luncheon meat whole, cut meat slightly more than half through loaf into 8 part-slices. Place in ungreased baking dish. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon mustard between every other cut. Cut 4 pineapple slices in half. Insert half-slice in each cut top loaf with remaining half-slice. Insert whole cloves in pineapple, if desired. Sprinkle brown sugar over pork. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
