Lunch Kabobs

Ingredients

1/2 (12-ounce) can luncheon meat
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunk
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded
1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, cubed

Directions:

Cut luncheon meat into 3/4-inch cubes (1 5-ounce can Vienna sausages may be substituted, cut in half). Thread meat, pineapple, green pepper cut into 3/4-inch cubes, and cheese (Swiss, Monterey Jack, or other hard cheese may be substituted, cut in 1 inch cubes) alternately onto wooden skewers or round toothpicks. Serve with bread and butter sandwiches.
