Oriental Salad

Ingredients

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 onion medium, quartered and thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Salad:
1 pound spinach fresh, stemmed, washed, and crisped
1 cup bean sprouts fresh, rinsed and crisped
3 ribs celery thinly sliced
6 green onions thinly sliced
3 eggs hard-cooked and sieved
8 slices bacon finely sliced, fried crisp, and drained

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl and beat with whisk.

Tear spinach into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl. Add bean sprouts, celery, and green onions toss with dressing. Sprinkle with eggs and bits of bacon.
