Macaroni-Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Lemon Dressing:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
2 teaspoons chives chopped fresh or green onion tops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
* Part two.
1 cup macaroni cooked and drained
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup carrot grated
1 tomato small, thinly sliced
1/2 zucchini medium or cucumber, thinly sliced

Directions:

Combine oil, lemon juice, chives or onion tops, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise mix well.

*In a medium bowl, combine macaroni, tuna, celery, and carrots toss with lemon dressing and mound in the center of a medium-size platter. Garnish with slices of tomato and zucchini or cucumber around outer edge of platter. Chill before serving.
