Hungarian Broccoli

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds broccoli fresh
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup plain yogurt
1 onion small, grated
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

Divide broccoli into small sections pare stems if large. Steam until just slightly underdone. Dip each piece in egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased 1-quart baking dish top with a mixture of yogurt and onion. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake in a preheated 350° F oven until heated through and lightly browned.

Note: Cauliflower or boiled onions can be substituted for broccoli.
