Easy Hamburger Hotdish


Serves: 10

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, yellow, medium
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:

1 Chop Onion. Add onion to hamburger and brown over medium heat until fully cooked.
2 While browning hamburger, bring 5qts of water to a boil and cook macaroni until tender.(10-12 min)
3 Drain pasta from water and add to the cooked meat, then add soups.
4 Simmer over medium heat until heated thoroughly.
