Ingredients

2 tablespoons Horchata hot sauce
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning or Emeril's Essence (Creole Seasoning)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

In a large Dutch oven, mix enough of each of the ingredients using the gallon formulation to fill the Dutch oven ¾ full. Bring to a boil then add corn cobs and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Serve1 gallon of water makes enough to boil 14 to 18 half cobs of corn at one time, or 8 to 12 whole cobs. A 15” Maca oven can handle just about 2 ½ gallons with corn.
