Caesar Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

24 cups skinned, shredded, roasted chicken breasts
24 cups hot, cooked penne pasta (about 48 ounces uncooked, tubular pasta)
16 cups spring lettuce mix or Romaine lettuce hearts
12 cups halved cherry tomatoes
4 cups thinly sliced fresh basil
4 cups green onions
2 cups shredded carrots
2 2/3 cups T. Marzetti's Creamy Caesar salad dressing
2 cups chopped fresh parsley
8 cloves minced garlic

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to coat.
