Ingredients

1 quart pineapple juice
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup fresh ginger, sliced
2 tablespoons garlic, crushed
5 pounds chicken wings, sectioned and tipped or 3 pounds pre-sectioned wings

Directions:

In a 1 gallon ziplock bag, combine all ingredients and mix well. Section wings, and place into bag, set tips aside in 1 qt. water. Boil tips for chicken broth for other uses.

Place wing sections into marinade and let marinate for 2 hours minimum, overnight is best. Preheat a 12-inch Dutch oven and drain marinade from wing sections, saving marinade for another batch of wings. Place wings into well oiled Dutch oven and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°F. Serve hot.
