Taco Pie

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent roll
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups grated multi-cheese shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
1 (10-ounce) bag shredded lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes diced
2 cups crushed nacho tortilla chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cover bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with crescent dough. Bake 10–14 minutes, or until light golden brown.

In a frying pan, brown beef and onion together until beef is done. Drain any excess grease. Stir taco seasoning and salsa into beef. Spread beef mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 2–5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and crushed chips over top. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
