Quick Mexican Dinner

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef browned and drained
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can sloppy joe sauce
1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 (7-ounce) tube refrigerated biscuit

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine cooked beef, sloppy joe sauce, and corn.

Layer beef mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cut biscuits in half and lay over cheese, cut side down. Bake 15–20 minutes. Makes 4–6 servings.
