Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients

2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup cooked white rice
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup condensed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (6-ounce) can sliced water chestnut drained
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and butter. Transfer mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over top of chicken mixture. Bake 30–45 minutes. Makes 6–8 servings.
