Onion Ring Barbecue Bake

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 (18-ounce) jar hickory barbecue sauce
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen onion ring

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a frying pan, brown beef and onion together until beef is done. Drain any excess grease. Stir barbecue sauce into beef and onion. Spread beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place onion rings evenly over top. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until onion rings are crisp. Makes 6–8 servings.
