Crunchy Bars

1 stick butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup Grapenuts
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


In 325° oven, melt butter in 9x13-inch pan.

Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly over butter in this order: graham cracker crumbs, chocolate bits, coconut, and Grapenuts.

Drizzle can of milk over all.

Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

Cut into bars.

Double recipe for freezing day. Freezes well. You may want to cut into squares and separate into packages of 6–8 before freezing for easy defrosting.
