Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (3 3/4-ounce) package bean threads, or 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
2 tablespoons oil
2 - 3 bunches scallion
1/2 - 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1/8 teaspoon red pepper

Directions:

Marinate chicken in Sauce 30 minutes. Using wok or large saucepan, sauté bean threads in oil over high heat 1 minute; drain. Mix chicken, marinade, scallions, and lettuce with bean threads. Toss briefly over low heat to blend thoroughly. Serve immediately so that vegetables remain crisp.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients.
