Pizza Hot Dish

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 (10-ounce) can pizza sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
1 (8-ounce) can mushrooms
3/4 (1-pound) package noodles, cooked
1 (8-ounce) package mozzarella cheese
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package pepperoni slices

Directions:

Brown hamburger, onions, and green pepper, if desired. Then mix together with pizza sauce, ketchup, soup, mushrooms, and cooked noodles. Pour mixture into a greased 10x13-inch casserole, or 2 or 3 smaller casseroles. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Can be frozen and baked as needed.
