Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients

3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed and pressed between paper towels
1/3 cup melted margarine
4 ounces hot pepper cheese
4 ounces Swiss cheese
6 ounces ham
salt to taste
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream

Directions:

Put well-dried hash browns in 9-inch pie plate, pressing some up sides. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake 10 minutes at 400°.

Process balance of ingredients in food processor. Pour over hash brown crust. Bake 35–45 minutes at 350° or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature for lunch, brunch or an appetizer.
