Macadamia Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup softened sweet butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Frangelico liqueur (optional)
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (12-ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nut

Directions:

Using large mixer bowl, cream first 6 ingredients until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Stir into creamed mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and all chopped nuts by hand. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Space cookies about 1 inch apart. Bake at 375° until cookies are light brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, but be careful not to burn your mouth!
