Fruit Plate for Two

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups melon mix and cantaloupes
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup peaches
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg grated

Directions:

1. Cut up large pieces of fruit, removing rind or skin.
2. Divide into two bowls and top with yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
