Wild Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

2 (6 1/4-ounce) boxes instant wild rice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 cups water

Directions:

Gently stir all the ingredients together add in 3 cups water. Spread into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
