Upside-Down Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 to 6 potatoes, cut in half lengthwise

Directions:

Coat bottom of a 13" x 9" baking pan with margarine sprinkle cheese on top. Place potatoes cut-side down in pan bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
