Baked Chiles Rellenos

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) can whole green chili
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

Slice chiles down the center arrange in a lightly buttered 13" x 9" baking pan and set aside. Slice cheese to fit inside chiles place in chiles. Whisk egg, flour and milk together pour over chiles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
