Gorgonzola-Pine Nut-Herb Butter Steak

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
8 (8-ounce) filet mignon steaks

Directions:

Preheat the outdoor grill on medium - high heat. Place the softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, spices and pine nuts into a food processor. Puree until incorporated, season with salt and pepper.

Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness. To serve, top with 2 Tablespoons of spiced butter.
